Who we are
SAVANNAH & STONE operates this property marketplace and is responsible for the personal information described here. Savannah and Stone is not yet a registered company; you can reach us at hello@savannahandstone.com.
What we collect
Your name, email and chosen role when you create an account (or basic profile details from Google if you sign in that way); listings, photos, saved properties, saved searches, buyer requirements, enquiries and viewing requests you create; professional profile details; questions you ask Savy; and basic technical data such as sign-in times needed to keep the service secure.
Why we use it
To run your account; publish and moderate listings; connect you with the people behind a property; send emails you need (enquiry notices, account and security messages); keep the site safe and prevent fraud; and meet legal obligations. We rely on providing the service you asked for, our legitimate interest in a safe marketplace, and your consent where required.
Who we share it with
When you send an enquiry or viewing request, your message and account email go to that property's owner or representative, and a copy notice goes to our team. We use service providers for hosting and database, sign-in, email delivery, currency rates and AI processing; they act on our instructions. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where the law requires.
What stays private
Draft and pending listings, private notes, commission and deal records, buyer requirements and your contact details are not shown publicly. Photos of unpublished listings are only visible to you and our moderators.
AI processing
Questions you ask Savy, together with relevant public listing details, are sent to an AI service to produce answers. Please do not include sensitive personal information in Savy questions.
International transfers
Because the marketplace is global, your information may be stored or processed in countries other than your own, with appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
Account information is kept while your account is open. When you close it we delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period, except records we must keep for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons.
Browser storage
We store your sign-in session, recently viewed properties, comparison list and chosen display currency in your browser. We do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies.
Security
Access to private records is restricted by account permissions and database rules. No system is perfectly secure; please keep your sign-in details private.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, download or delete your information, object to or restrict its use, or withdraw consent. Email hello@savannahandstone.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The marketplace is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
We will post updates here and notify you of significant changes.
